When you submit a request through Elite Fund America LLC you are asking to be connected with one of our third-party lenders or financial service providers. To offer you products or services, these third parties need your consent to use electronic signatures, records, and disclosures. By submitting your information or clicking to agree to our terms, you acknowledge receipt of this E-Consent and agree to conduct transactions electronically.

Option for paper records

You may request paper copies of any disclosures by contacting the third-party lender or financial service provider directly. They will provide these at no charge and retain disclosures as required by applicable law.

Scope of consent

This E-Consent covers all online interactions between you and our third-party lenders or financial service providers, including those on mobile devices. They may process your information and interact with you electronically, send notices by email, and post disclosures on our or their websites.

Hardware and software requirements

To access and retain electronic disclosures you will need:

  • A computer or device with internet access.
  • An active email account.
  • A modern internet browser supporting 128-bit encryption or higher.
  • A PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  • A printer or storage device to keep copies of disclosures for your records.

If you have questions about these requirements, contact the third-party lender or financial service provider directly.

Withdrawing consent

Because the request through Elite Fund America LLC is a one-time transaction, E-Consent for our service cannot be withdrawn. If you are connected with a lender or service provider, you may withdraw your E-Consent with them at any time at no charge by contacting them directly. Withdrawing consent before receiving a product may prevent you from obtaining it, but it does not affect the validity of earlier electronic disclosures.

Updating your contact information

Keep your email and mailing address current with any third-party lender or financial service provider you are matched with. You can usually update this information by logging into their website or by mailing a written update.

Your ability to access disclosures

By submitting your information or agreeing to our terms, you confirm that you can access disclosures in the formats described above and can retain them for future reference.
